Marcelo’s Fluminense in the Club World Cup final with a stunning victory. Karim Benzema and N’Golo Kante saw off Al Ittihad to advance to the semi-finals of African champions Al Ahly. The Egyptian club was also dreaming of a surprise against South American champions Fluminense in the semi-finals. But the Brazilian club did not give me a chance to write a fairy tale. Fluminense reached the final of the Club World Cup after easily defeating Al Ahly.

Brief game history:

1st half:
